The location of this hotel was fantastic, right in the city center with everything within walking distance. It was very close to the center and it was lovely to see the castle loom large in the skyline. The room was well-presented and clean, with comfortable beds and a spacious layout. The staff were friendly and provided helpful advice on what to see and do in the area.
The water flow from the shower was low.

Great location, lovely staff, and beautiful decor. Steep stairs but felt like a Jane Austen novel. Perfect base for exploring with easy access to Royal Mile and airport bus.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of town, making it easy for us to explore this city. We were just a short walk away from other tourist spots and the beautiful Princes St gardens. The cleanliness of our room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging for us to check-in after reception closed.

This hotel is such a gem! the location is fantastic, right in the heart of a beautiful part of the city within walking distance to practically everything. Secondly, the service and staff are simply wonderful, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms are cozy and filled with all the small comforts you would need, and the price is great value for money.
No major issues, everything was absolutely fine.
